Michele Byrd-McPhee is the tireless Creator and Executive Director of the Ladies of Hip-Hop Festival (LOHHF). She is always hard at work, not only organizing, planning, and executing the annual LOHHF in July, but also lending her experience and knowledge to help artists develop their projects and artistry. Additionally, Michele works on sustainability and growth for the Hip-Hop community and beyond. Currently, she is working with organizers in the UK and Italy, planning a Ladies of Hip-Hop tour. Michele is beyond excited about building with girls and women from around the world.
