IndianRaga, based in Cambridge, MA, is devoted to presenting high quality Indian classical dance to a wider audience. The company provides a platform for artists across the U.S. and the world to collaborate across styles and reach audiences through a unique online platform. They are the winners of Jacob’s Pillow’s 2018 Chance to Dance viewers’ choice contest, a crowd-sourced online competition that allows dance fans from around the world have a say in who gets to perform as part of the Inside/Out Performance Series; they received over 1,000 online votes.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN IT RAINS?

In the event of rain, most Festival events continue as scheduled. The 6:15pm Inside/Out performance may be canceled or moved indoors to a studio, and seat passes are distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis. When possible, a live video simulcast with limited seating is offered in a nearby studio. Passes are distributed beginning at 5:20pm. We encourage patrons not to arrive before 5:20 if it is raining unless they are prepared to wait in the rain for pass distribution.
