Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA): An employer-funded plan that reimburses you tax-free for qualified medical expenses, helping manage deductibles and copays effectively.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA): Set aside pre-tax dollars for out-of-pocket medical expenses, reducing your taxable income and saving money on essentials like prescriptions and doctor’s visits.

Dependent Care Flex Spending Account (DCFSA): that works similarly to a medical FSA. It allows you to set aside dollars pre-tax to pay for certain dependent care expenses like childcare, summer camp, etc. You decide how much to put into an DCFSA, up to a limit set by the IRS, and you aren’t taxed.

Dental Benefits: Delta Dental PPO Plus Premier Plan

Pediatric Dental Benefits: We care about your children’s dental health too, offering coverage that mirrors the MA CHIP Pediatric benchmark for children under age 19.

Insurance & Retirement

Life and Disability Insurance: We’re partnering with UNUM to provide enhanced Life, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability insurance options. These plans offer greater benefits based on years of service and peace of mind for you and your family.

403(b) Retirement Savings: Our plan is administered by Vanguard, which enables you to allocate a portion of your pre-tax paycheck towards your retirement savings.

403(b) Employer Match: After six months of employment, Jacob’s Pillow will add an extra 2% of your salary to your retirement plan, annually. This portion of the plan follows a six-year vesting schedule, which gradually grants you full ownership of the employer contributions over time.

Vacation: Our vacation policy rewards your commitment with increasing time off – In your first year, you’ll receive 5 days of vacation. This increases to 10 days during your second and third years with us. As you reach your fourth year, your vacation days grow to 15, and by your fifth year and beyond, you’ll enjoy 20 days of vacation.

This progressive approach is our way of saying thank you for your continued dedication and to ensure you have ample time for yourself and your family, allowing everyone to stay connected and refreshed as part of our team.
