DISCOUNTS
Discounts and coupons are based on availability and must be requested or presented at the time of sale. Discounts cannot be issued retroactively, and cannot be combined with any other offer. Some restrictions may apply. The list of discounts below is not comprehensive and is subject to change without notice. For any questions about our discounts, please contact the Box Office.

•    Subscribers: choose from Full Subscription of 10 Ted Shawn Theatre or Doris Duke Theatre companies. The Flex 5 Subscription allows you to choose 5 or more companies, any day, any theatre, any time
•    Student Rush: College students with a current, valid ID are eligible for the Pillow's new $20 Student Rush Ticket program. For program details email the Pillow to sign up (please see address listed below).
•    Senior: For seniors 65 and over. Please contact the Box Office for more information on our Senior Discount.
•    Group: A block of 20 or more tickets to a single performance. Please contact Toni Bolger at 413.243.9919 x132 for more information on our Group experiences.
•    Youth Tickets: The Pillow supports introducing younger audiences to dance. $10 Youth Tickets, sponsored by ALEX®, and are offered for designated performances that may be more accessible to the whole family. Children must be accompanied by an adult. 

Discounts cannot be processed through the Pillow's online ticket ordering system. For Student Rush, Senior discount, Youth, and Group discounts please contact the Box Office directly at 413.243.0745.

CHILDREN
Every person, regardless of age, must have a ticket to gain admittance to the theatre, including infants. Children must be accompanied by an adult; please help them to be considerate of other patrons. The Pillow welcomes young audiences as part of its mission "to engage and deepen public appreciation and support for dance." As an art form that explores and celebrates the human experience in all its facets, dance offers a wide spectrum of sights and sounds in live performance. Although a child discount is offered for all performances, parents may not find each and every program to be equally appropriate for their children. If you have any questions about the content of any particular program, please contact the Box Office.

EXCHANGES
•    Tickets may be exchanged up to 48 hours prior to performance for a $5 per ticket fee. The fee is waived for Full and Flex 5 Subscribers. Patron must return physical tickets or evidence of destroyed tickets, by mail, fax or in person. Exchanging tickets held in Will Call incurs the same fee. Exchanges are subject to availability.
•    By Fax: send a copy of all of the ripped tickets to 413.243.0749, including your name, phone number, performance, date and time, as well as the requested exchange performance, date and time.
•    By U.S. Mail: mail the original tickets to Box Office Manager, Jacob's Pillow Dance Festival, 358 George Carter Road, Becket, MA 01223 including your name, phone number, performance, date and time as well as the requested exchange performance, date and time.
•    A confirmation call or e-mail of received tickets will be issued to you within 24 hours.
•    If overnight mailing is requested, there is an additional charge.

FEES
•    There is a $5 service charge per order via mail, fax, phone and internet.  
•    There is no service charge for walk-up purchases at the Box Office.
•    There is a $1.50 Preservation Fee per ticket for all orders.
•    There will be additional charges for express mail and overnight requests.

SEATING
•    Seating priority is given first to Subscribers and Members.
•    Seating preferences are accommodated when possible,are subject to availability, and are not guaranteed.
•    Early ordering and other benefits are available to Members.
•    Please be courteous of artists and patrons by keeping electronic devices silent during performances.
•    No audio or video equipment is permitted in the theatres during performances.
•    Late seating is at the discretion of the House Manager. Performances start promptly at their assigned times. Check tickets carefully for curtain times.
•    Seat assignments cannot be guaranteed past curtain.
•    There is no standing room in the theaters.
•    Every person, including infants, must have a ticket to enter the theater.
•    Some seating may be partially obstructed due to staging, lighting, special effects, musical accompaniment or other adjustments to the theatre and/or the work being presented. In most cases, the Box Office will be made aware and this information will be presented to the patron prior to sale.

TICKET DONATIONS
When you cannot use your tickets, ticket donations are appreciated; a tax-deductible receipt will be issued when actual tickets are received by the Box Office at least two hours prior to performance.

ACCESSIBILITY/SPECIAL NEEDS

•    Both theaters are wheelchair accessible.
•    Please call in advance if you require special seating.
•    Large print version of selected documents is available.
•    Transportation between the parking lots and theaters is available before and after performances.
•    Transcripts are available of selected talks.

RE-SALE
Jacob's Pillow retains the right to any ticket re-sale. Patrons are not allowed to re-sell tickets on Jacob's Pillow grounds.
