Summer Festival Intern Program
Be a member of the team behind one of the world’s most prestigious dance festivals! The Summer Festival Intern Program offers hands-on experience and training while working alongside our administration, documentation, and production teams. Each year, around 27 interns become an integral part of the Festival’s success.
What Past Interns Have to Say
“Life-changing (sincerely!). Being surrounded by talented artists, skilled technicians, disciplined students, appreciative audiences, and finding a community of fantastic young professionals on such a historic land– that sort of thing changes a life like you’d never imagine.”
Tyler Anderson, Community Engagement Intern
“The Pillow’s relaxed but professional atmosphere is a dream come true. I came looking for a job but found a close-knit community of caring and devoted people intent on making magic happen.”
Ian Crowther, Marketing Intern
“Working at Jacob’s Pillow really helped me understand that there are so many jobs within the dance world I could pursue besides being a dancer, so I was inspired to look for jobs in different fields that still were connected to the arts.”
Alicia Love, Production Intern
