Anna-Marie Holmes and a distinguished international faculty prepare dancers for the
artistic range and technical rigor required by today's leading ballet companies.

Choreographer/director Helen Pickett creates a new work on the dancers, who perform its world premiere at the Festival's Opening Gala on June 15. Dancers also receive in-depth coaching in renowned classical solo, pas de deux, and ensemble works, which they perform June 22 as part of the free outdoor performance series.

Separate men's and women's classes and seminars in career development, musicality, style characteristics, and history occur weekly. Attending Festival performances, public talks, exhibits, master classes, and studying in the Archives are integral to this immersion experience in dance.

Alumni of The School at Jacob's Pillow have become members of Atlanta Ballet, American Ballet Theatre, Boston Ballet, Het Nationale Ballet, National Ballet of Canada, Royal Danish Ballet, and San Francisco Ballet.

For 11 men and 11 women ballet dancers at advanced pre-professional and professional level with strong performance skills, age 16 and up. Click here for Anna-Marie Holmes' bio. For audition and application details, click here.
