Jacob’s Pillow is looking for candidates to fill the following positions:


Effective November 1, 2023, proof of full vaccination is no longer required for staff, interns, artists, faculty, and students of the school. This decision, made in consultation with our MD consultants at Berkshire Health Systems, aligns with our commitment to adapt our policies based on the latest health guidelines. While proof of vaccination is not mandatory, we strongly endorse the CDC’s recommendation for vaccination and boosters. Seasonal Employment

Our staff nearly triples in size during our Festival season, and seasonal employees take on hands-on responsibilities to cultivate practical experience and professional skills. Experience the fast-paced and immersive atmosphere of our renowned annual Festival.

Hospitality Employment

Sodexo Live! is currently hiring for seasonal hospitality workers as a part of our 2024 Festival. Sodexo Live! takes take pride in crafting exceptional events at the most prestigious venues on the planet and creating lasting memories for fans, visitors, guests and team members. Food service experience is preferred, but not required.
